First climbing competition: Boulderham
October 21, 2023 I entered my first competitive event as a below-the-knee amputee. It was a bouldering event at Vital Bellingham, and it was certainly a learning experience for me. I’m forever thankful that my Evolv climbing foot allows me to still get after it. I’ve had to adapt a lot to learn now to climb as an amputee, but it’s been an overall positive experience.
